We extended their networking reach through an online portal that would give member’s a chance to touch-base between lunches. When designing the Business Buzz online solution, Piper wanted to embody all that is Business Buzz - success, femininity and fun. With a bright and quirky design, the site was built to primarily capture bookings to Buzz Club events, while building an online community that was rewarded with ‘members only’ content. With strong call to actions the site allows new users to ‘Join the Hive’, and then as members book and pay for lunches online, update their profile in the member directory, take part in forums, and download valuable business resources.
Integrated into a powerful online console, the directors or the club are able to send invitations, monitor member’s activity, build a valuable customer database, record and report all financial transaction and supervise forum discussions.

An integrated approach was taken when designing the Buzz Club HTML template. To create strong brand identity and recognition we used a similar design to the online solution and replicated unified call to actions. The main objective of the email marketing template was to capture bookings for the lunches though online invitations and follow up emails. We wanted to give the Directors of the club a versatile tool that could act as an invitation, but also as a general point of contact with the Buzz database.
